The crystals have already been cleansed and charged with Reiki and Spiritual Healing.  They come in a velvet pouch with a leaflet on how to cleanse, charge and use them for best effect.

The crystals included are:-
Blue Agate stabilises the aura eliminating and transforming negative and bitter emotions, healing inner anger and fostering love and the courage to start again.
Green Aventurine crystal is a heart healer and comforter protecting the heart.  As an all round healer it brings in emotional well-being and calm.
Rose Quartz is the stone of unconditional love and peace.  It is an excellent calming and reassuring stone.
Amethyst - apart from being an extremely powerful and protective stone is a natural tranquilliser blocking geopathic stress and negative energies transmuting psychic attack into love.  Amethyst provides emotional centering.
Clear Quartz   is a powerful healing and energy amplifier.  Quartz absorbs, stores releases and regulates energy and unblocks it.  This crystal works at a vibrational level attuned to the specific energy requirements of the person needing healing or working spiritually.  Quartz works on all levels of being.  Quartz as crystals for healing is a master healer and can be used for any condition.

The Aromatherapy essential oils are Lavender, Valerian, Marjoram, Clary Sage and Vetiver helping you to relax and drift into a deep sleep.   Vetiver is great for stress relief.  Clary Sage and Marjoram are excellent oils for the treatment of insomnia.  Valerian is the best oil for helping your body to relax and Lavender is perfect for calming and soothing.  This is an ideal treatment oil to use at night spraying into the air, pulse points, in a diffuser or onto a hanky or tissue to breathe in and help you relax and sleep.  You can use either straight from the dropper bottle or add some oil to the complimentary spray bottle if you prefer.

Aromatherapy oils have been used for centuries in medicines and for all health care and skin care.   You can use this therapy oil to spray into the air, in a diffuser or as a massage oil.
