You can carry them with you as a personal boost or  keep them at home to bring in positive Healing. I have already used Reiki and Spiritual Healing  to cleanse  and charge them for use.  They come in a velvet pouch with details of the crystals and how you can use and keep them.

Citrine  is warming, energising and  works on the solar plexis chakra.  Citrine  enhances concentration and revitalises the mind.  Citrine is also excellent for healing digestion  and sickness problems.
Blue Agate - is a natural nurturer. Blue Agate provides a soothing supporting energy.
Moonstone supports the feminine cycle so it is ideal throughout pregnancy and childbirth releasing fear, anxiety and stress.
Rose Quartz enhances the mother/baby bond during pregnancy and childbirth helping with love and nurturing.
Amethyst is a very protective stone during pregnancy and childbirth regulating female hormones and as with Rose Quartz excellent for calming, relaxing and sleep.
Clear Quartz   is a powerful healing and energy amplifier.  Quartz absorbs, stores releases and regulates energy and unblocks it.  This crystal works at a vibrational level attuned to the specific energy requirements of the person needing healing or working spiritually.  Quartz works on all levels of being.  Quartz as crystals for healing is a master healer and can be used for any condition
