When sadness or grief feel overwhelming. Bach Flower Remedy contains  five different Original Bach Flower Remedies Mustard, Sweet Chestnut, Star of Bethlehem, Gorse and  Willow.   I also use Reiki healing on each treatment bottle before it is sent out to maximise healing from the treatment.  Bach Flower Remedies work on the emotions, peeling back the layers and getting to the root cause of negative emotions helping you to deal with them and accentuate  the positive emotional equivalent.  Crystals' energies work with our energies and those of our surroundings to  heal emotional and physical problems.  Combining the two will speed up and maximise the healing process.  I have already used Reiki and Spiritual Healing  to cleanse  and charge the crystals for best effect. They come in a velvet pouch with details of the crystals and how you can use and keep them.

Gorse is the remedy for people who have given up belief and hope.   If we can be persuaded to see things in a different light there is usually a way forward. This is what the Gorse remedy helps to achieve.
Mustard is the remedy for deep gloom and depression that descends out of a clear blue sky.    The remedy helps to dispel the clouds so that we can once again appreciate the joy and peace in our lives.
Willow is for people struggling with the direction life has taken them.  The remedy encourages the rebirth of optimism and faith.
Sweet Chestnut is the remedy for people who have reached the limits of endurance. This remedy helps us remain masters of our lives, and renews our hope and strength. 
Star of Bethlehem is the remedy for the after-effects of shock, such as is caused by unexpected bad news or any unexpected and unwelcome event.   Star of Bethlehem is a comforting remedy to take in such circumstances.

Throughout our lives our emotions are constantly changing with changing circumstances and at some point we will all experience  most common negative emotions.  It is when they stay with us that they start to become a problem.   Some negative emotions, if ignored,  also lead on to more serious health problems.

These blends are created from Dr Bach's 38 original Bach Flower Remedies devised in the 1930s after years of research and trial and error.

Instructions: for Use: Put 2 drops into a drink of your choice and sip regularly. For combination use, add 2 drops of each essence (max 7 essences) into a mixing bottle with some water and take 4 drops 4 times a day.

Bloodstone is great as a grounding and protecting stone.  As well as this Bloodstone gives courage, calms and revitalises the mind, assisting in adjusting to unaccustomed circumstances.
Black Obsidian is a fantastic protection and grounding stone.  It blocks negative energy from entering your auric field, shields you from electromagnetic pollution  purifies and helps you with growth and development.  
Citrine is warming, energising and highly creative.  Because of its energies and colour citrine works on the solar plexis chakra.  Citrine is also a stone of  abundance and positive emotions.   It enhances concentration and revitalises the mind.
Blue Agate  facilitates growth and stability providing a soothing supporting energy for spiritual growth and confidence.
Red Jasper  as crystals for healing is a great nurturer perfect in times of stress.  It encourages honesty and courage to face up to problems.  Jasper aids quick thinking and the determination to see a project through to the end.  Red Jasper can be used to align the base chakra because of its grounding and stimulating energy.  It  cleanses and stabilises the aura.
Rose Quartz is the stone of unconditional love and peace.  It is an excellent calming and reassuring stone.
Clear Quartz   is a powerful healing and energy amplifier.  Quartz absorbs, stores releases and regulates energy and unblocks it.  This crystal works at a vibrational level attuned to the specific energy requirements of the person needing healing or working spiritually.  Quartz works on all levels of being.  Quartz as crystals for healing is a master healer and can be used for any condition.
