The Bach Flower Remedies Treatment Bottle contains four different Original Bach Flower Remedies.   Cherry Plum, Vine, Beech, Holly.   I also use Reiki healing on each treatment bottle before it is sent out to maximise healing from the treatment.  Bach Flower Remedies work on the emotions, peeling back the layers and getting to the root cause of negative emotions helping you to deal with them and accentuate  the positive emotional equivalent.  The 5 Crystals are Green Aventurine, Rose Quartz, Clear Quartz, Amethyst and Blue Agate.  Crystals' energies work with our energies and those of our surroundings to  heal emotional and physical problems.  Combining the two will speed up and maximise the healing process.  I have already used Reiki and Spiritual Healing  to cleanse  and charge the crystals for best effect. They come in a velvet pouch with details of the crystals and how you can use and keep them.

Beech is used for intolerance manifesting as outbursts of irritability: the remedy helps to encourage tolerance and understanding, and as this happens so the irritability also fades.
Holly is the remedy to restore love.
The Cherry Plum remedy is prescribed for a very specific kind of fear, that of the fear of loss of reason and self control.   It helps the user to regain control and move on with their lives
Vine is for people who think they know what is best for others. They are strong and enjoy the exercise of power to encourage them to show more patience towards others' choices.

These blends are created from Dr Bach's 38 original Bach Flower Remedies devised in the 1930s after years of research and trial and error.

Instructions: To Use: Put 2 drops into a drink of your choice and sip regularly. For combination use, add 2 drops of each essence (max 7 essences) into a mixing bottle with some water and take 4 drops 4 times a day.

The crystals are:- 

Blue Agate stabilises the aura eliminating and transforming negative and bitter emotions, healing inner anger and fostering love and the courage to start again.
Green Aventurine crystal is a heart healer and comforter protecting the heart.  As an all round healer it brings in emotional well-being and calm.
Rose Quartz is the stone of unconditional love and peace.  It is an excellent calming and reassuring stone.
Amethyst - apart from being an extremely powerful and protective stone is a natural tranquilliser blocking geopathic stress and negative energies transmuting psychic attack into love.  Amethyst provides emotional centering.
Clear Quartz   is a powerful healing and energy amplifier.  Quartz absorbs, stores releases and regulates energy and unblocks it.  This crystal works at a vibrational level attuned to the specific energy requirements of the person needing healing or working spiritually.  Quartz works on all levels of being.  Quartz as crystals for healing is a master healer and can be used for any condition.
